And we'll prepare a pre-design for you before proceeding to payment and production. 

Custom Wristbands are prepaid once a pre-design is sent and confirmed before proceeding to production and delivery process.

Pre-design is sent within 3 business days max maybe earlier for confirmation. 

Production process starts after a payment confirmation and it takes 4-6 business days max maybe earlier.  

Custom Wristbands aren't refundable but could be replaced in case of any size failures according to our size exchange policy.

Political, Religious, Sensitive or Violent Contents are forbidden from being customized.
